Join Soul Feet Studios this Saturday, July 13th from 10 to 11 AM for an introduction to Hatha Yoga! We’re excited to bring this gentle yoga practice to our studios. Studio Manager Gabrielle Kinser and Instructor Gaer Ferrinson will share a brief overview of this practice before guiding students in a brief session. This is the perfect opportunity to ask questions and learn about the Hatha classes being added to our schedule. Any and all levels of yogis are welcome, and if you’ve never tried yoga, this is the perfect introduction to yoga!
